Who is lemlist for?
This tool is for sales teams that want to send emails and connect on LinkedIn or via calls in one campaign.
If you only need email outreach, the cheaper Email plan covers it without LinkedIn or calls. If you need a public uptime or support SLA before signing, ask sales what the Order Form offers, or look elsewhere.

What do Reddit users say about lemlist?
Reddit discussions show a mixed sentiment regarding lemlist's value, with some users finding it effective for cold email and multichannel outreach, while others question if it's overhyped or if alternatives offer better value.
...we bought 3 e-mail addresses for cold outreach and you have to wait up to 6 weeks! for it to warmup, also some lemlist IPS are on ban lists so our e-mails ended up bouncing a lot....
...overall I think lemlist more-or-less met expectations. The outreach functionality - our main need - was solid with a few minor irritations...
Lemlist itself isn’t the issue, but pricing gets steep once you add multiple seats....
Been on lemlist about a year and the execution side is legit: warm-up, custom tracking domains, and image/video personalization took my reply rate from ~3% to 7-8% on cold email. Their built-in contact finder is mid though, so keep ZoomInfo and push lists in, don't expect their data to fully replace it....
...We also used Lemlist and while emails were good the LinkedIn automation tanked our reps engagement on LinkedIn because their automations are technically against the terms of service.
