Instantly review: is it worth it for cold email at volume?
Instantly is worth it for a small sales team or agency that sends cold email from many inboxes. Outreach Growth costs $47 a month for 5,000 emails, with unlimited sending accounts and warmup, and the 14-day free trial needs no card. Full A/Z testing (many email versions), webhooks and in-app replies need the $97 a month Hypergrowth plan.

What do Reddit users say about Instantly?
Most threads found in the window are complaints about support, warmup pools, UI bugs and getting data out, and several posters advise against Instantly. In a thread comparing it with Warmy.io, one commenter favoured Instantly.
yeah instantly support went downhill hard this year. same thing happened to me warming up a bunch of accounts got stuck in orange pool forever despite upgrading.
Product aside, instantly has horrible business practices. They try to lock you into using their platform and don't let you export or access any of your own data.
Honestly I cancelled their subscription long back, the cooling off mechanism was absent…highly inflated open rates. I didn’t see any difference with others just other tools had cooling off done properly.
they got a terrible engineering team and everything with their app doesn’t work properly
If you're on a budget I liked Smart lead as they have the free trial to warm up in. But of the two you mentioned I have favoured Instantly
