Published by Midwest AI Solution Inc., which makes CreatoRain, one of the products we cover. How we make money
Our verdict

Zapier is a good no-code automation tool for a team without engineers that wants to connect many apps; its directory lists 9,000+ apps. The Free plan allows only two-step Zaps and 100 tasks a month. Professional starts at $19.99 a month billed yearly, with a 14-day trial. The overage rate per task is not published.

Coming from Workato, this is an unfair comparison. I’ve found Zapier to be limited and frustrating. Then again, cost is a fraction of what Workato is....

u/traveller1856 in r/CustomerSuccess,

I'm about to give up on Zapier. It fails more often than it works, and I am trying to fix one zap right now and it won't publish the zap and doesn't tell me why not....

u/LordPhantom74 in r/zapier,

Zapier's solid for simple linear stuff - a form submission triggers a ticket, a Slack message creates a row in Sheets. Where it falls apart is anything with branching logic, apps that don't have APIs, or workflows that need proof they completed....

u/v… in r/sysadmin,

Their policies are crap and is a constant sore spot. Pro-rated refunds should be a thing especially if your account doesn’t show any abusive patterns....

u/micasa_es_miproblema in r/zapier,

Zapier has always been the easiest money I’ve spent. So much capability for the money.

u/YourPromoPilot in r/zapier,
