Our verdict

lemlist suits a sales team that wants cold email, LinkedIn and call steps in one sequence. The Email plan costs $55 a month billed yearly and covers email only. LinkedIn, calls and SMS need the Multichannel plan at $87 per user a month, billed yearly. A 14-day trial is offered.

**Best for:** A sales team that wants email, LinkedIn and call steps in one sequence

**Not for:** A buyer who needs a public uptime or support SLA before signing

Evidence score 3.9 / 5 (based on the vendor's public pages, pricing and user reports as of October 5, 2026; enough published evidence to score 6 of 6 criteria; not tested hands-on). [How we score](https://eaiservice.com/methodology/#scores)

## Who is lemlist for?

This tool is for sales teams that want to send emails and connect on LinkedIn or via calls in one campaign.

If you only need email outreach, the cheaper Email plan covers it without LinkedIn or calls. If you need a public uptime or support SLA before signing, ask sales what the Order Form offers, or look elsewhere.

## Pros and cons

### Pros

- Email plan has unlimited users and email senders for one account price
- Warm-up (lemwarm) and deliverability protection are included in all plans
- Email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS in one sequence on the Multichannel plan, with WhatsApp as an add-on
- 58 listed integrations plus a public API with webhooks

### Cons

- LinkedIn, calls and SMS need the per-user Multichannel plan
- Lead data, buying signals and WhatsApp ($20 per user per month) are paid add-ons
- No refunds for a month or year already begun, per the terms
- No public uptime or support SLA; service levels are set only in an Order Form

## How much does lemlist cost?

**lemlist plans and prices**

| Plan | Price | Charged per | Main limit |

| Multichannel | $87 a month, billed yearly | Per user | Unlimited emails & messages |
| Multichannel | $109 a month, billed monthly | Per user | Unlimited emails & messages |

- lemlist Email: one account price covers unlimited users and email senders.
- lemlist Multichannel and Enterprise: the FAQ says pricing is based on the number of users; Multichannel gives each user 5 senders, and Enterprise at least 5.

## How it scored

**lemlist evidence by criterion**

| Criterion | Weight | Score (1-5) | Evidence |

> ...we bought 3 e-mail addresses for cold outreach and you have to wait up to 6 weeks! for it to warmup, also some lemlist IPS are on ban lists so our e-mails ended up bouncing a lot....

> Been on lemlist about a year and the execution side is legit: warm-up, custom tracking domains, and image/video personalization took my reply rate from ~3% to 7-8% on cold email. Their built-in contact finder is mid though, so keep ZoomInfo and push lists in, don't expect their data to fully replace it....
